The Cat6 Unshielded 90° Modular Jack is an RJ45 female connector module designed specifically for Category 6 unshielded (UTP) network cabling. Its 90° right-angle design makes it suitable for space-constrained installation environments such as cabinets, panels, or walls. The housing is made of white flame-retardant engineering plastic (PCUL94-V0), with a smooth, high-temperature resistant surface. The left side of the connector is marked with "CAT.6" and features color-coded wiring indicators (green, orange, etc.) and numbering from 1 to 8 for easy crimping according to T568A/T568B standards.
Advantages
1. Superior Durability: RJ45 mating life ≥750 cycles, IDC crimping life ≥250 cycles, significantly reducing replacement frequency and maintenance costs.
2. Flame-retardant Material: The housing is made of PCUL94-V0 flame-retardant plastic, complying with fire safety regulations and suitable for various commercial and industrial environments.
3. 90° Right-Angle Design: Saves installation space, avoids excessive cable bending, and improves cabling aesthetics and reliability.
4. Gold-Plated Metal Contacts: Phosphor bronze gold plating enhances conductivity and oxidation resistance, ensuring long-term stable high-speed transmission.
5. Clear Wiring Sequence Indication: Colored stripes and 1-8 numbering help to quickly and accurately complete T568A/T568B standard crimping, reducing the risk of incorrect connections.
