The Cat6 Unshielded Toolless RJ45 Connector (with wings) is an 8P8C modular RJ45 connector designed specifically for Cat6 unshielded (UTP) Ethernet cables. It features a toolless direct crimping method, eliminating the need for crimping pliers. The wings facilitate secure mounting on panel or chassis. The housing is made of new polycarbonate (PC) plastic, while the internal contacts are made of phosphor bronze with a 3µin gold plating and secondary tin plating for protection, ensuring long-term reliable electrical performance. The product has obtained multiple international certifications including CE, ISO, RoHS, and UL, complies with T568A/T568B cabling standards, supports solid and stranded 22-24AWG wire gauge, withstands DC1000V and AC700VRMS voltage, operates at -10℃ to +60℃, and stores at -40℃ to +70℃.
