The C6A Shielded 180° Tool-less Keystone Jack (mini type) is a high-performance RJ45 modular socket designed specifically for CAT6A/FTP network cabling. It utilizes a 180° 110-type IDC tool-less crimping process, combined with an all-metal zinc alloy shell and flame-retardant PC plastic inner liner, achieving fast, reliable wiring and robust shielding. The product complies with T568A/T568B standards, supports 22-24 AWG (0.22-0.24mm²) solid or stranded copper wire, has a rated withstand voltage of DC1000V / AC750V (60Hz, 1min), and has passed multiple international certifications including CE, ISO, RoHS, and UL.
Advantages
1. Bidirectional 180° Cable Entry: The 180° cable entry design facilitates flexible cabling in confined spaces, reducing the impact of cable bending radius on transmission performance.
2. Plug-and-play tool-free crimping: The 110-type IDC tool-free crimping structure allows for easy crimping by simply placing the four pairs of wires into the guide slots and closing the module. No additional crimping tools are needed, significantly improving on-site construction efficiency.
3. Strong compatibility: Supports 22-26AWG (0.22-0.26mm²) copper wire, compatible with various shielded/unshielded cables of different standards such as Cat6, Cat6A, and Cat5e, and backward compatible with lower standard cabling systems.
4. Suitable for various installation scenarios: Can be directly mounted on standard Keystone panels, wall sockets, modular patch panels, and cabinet backplanes, flexibly meeting the diverse cabling needs of data centers, enterprise LANs, education and research institutions, and more.
