The C6A Shielded 180° Tool-less Keystone Jack is a 180° tool-less, modular crimp-type female connector designed specifically for CAT6A/CAT6 structured cabling systems. It features an all-metal zinc alloy shell and flame-retardant PC plastic socket. The internal metal pins are made of phosphor bronze with a 3µin gold plating, ensuring low contact resistance (≤20mΩ) and high corrosion resistance. This product conforms to both T568A and T568B markings, supports 22-24AWG wire gauges, has an RJ45 contact life of over 750 cycles and an IDC terminal life of over 250 cycles, and can operate stably in storage environments from -40℃ to +70℃ and operating temperatures from -10℃ to +60℃. Its shielded structure (zinc alloy shell) effectively suppresses electromagnetic interference, meets the withstand voltage requirement of 1000VDC / 700VAC, and is suitable for various scenarios such as high-density patch panels, cabinets, and wall panels.
