Cat6 Unshielded 90° Keystone Jack is an RJ45 female modular receptacle designed specifically for Cat6UTP (unshielded) network cabling. It features a 180° straight-line layout, meaning the connector and crimp terminals are on the same plane, facilitating quick and secure wiring in space-constrained or straight-line cabling scenarios. The housing is made of flame-retardant polycarbonate (PCUL94-V0) plastic, with a black body and off-white crimp modules, offering a simple, wear-resistant, and impact-resistant design.
Advantages
1. Gold-plated phosphor bronze terminals for corrosion and wear resistance: The gold plating thickness can reach 30µin, combined with the phosphor bronze substrate, providing excellent conductivity and oxidation resistance, extending service life, especially in humid or dusty environments.
2. 180° straight-line design for more flexible cabling: Compared to traditional 90° right-angle receptacles, the 180° structure allows cables to be laid directly along the same plane, reducing bending radius limitations and making it suitable for straight-line cabling needs in cabinets, patch panels, or panels.
3. High Mechanical Durability
RJ45 contact life ≥750 cycles, IDC crimp life ≥250 cycles, overall durability >750 cycles, meeting the requirements of frequent plugging and unplugging in industrial or data center environments.
4. Wide Compatibility
Supports T568A/T568B dual-standard wiring sequence, compatible with 22-24AWG solid or stranded Cat6UTP cables, and adaptable to most RJ45 male connectors on the market, facilitating easy installation.
5. Harsh Environmental Adaptability
Made with flame-retardant PCUL94-V0 material, with a storage temperature of -40℃ to +70℃ and an operating temperature of -10℃ to +60℃, maintaining stable performance in harsh industrial environments.
